🕒 Return/Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligible Items

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered items
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or perfume/scent

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Exchanges will be sent out once the returned item is received and inspected.

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per your choice.
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund process after approval.
